Second, it offers a single drawer and five open side shelves. These features help organize clothes and accessories in a compact footprint. The white finish and MDF construction aim for a modern look.
What stands out
- Full-length mirror for quick outfit checks
- Five open side shelves for vertical storage
- One drawer for small item organization
- Two-door cabinet with one hanging rod
- Anti-tipping device for wall mounting safety
Who it fits
Good fit for
This wardrobe suits renters or homeowners in small bedrooms who need vertical storage. The 18.5-inch depth fits narrow spaces where deeper closets do not. The included full-length mirror is useful for apartments without bathroom access. The five side shelves help users categorize sneakers, bags, and hats. If you prefer a modern aesthetic and want to avoid bulky furniture, this white MDF unit fits well.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need extensive drawer space. This model includes only one drawer. The hanging rod is single-tier, limiting capacity for long garments. If you require a walk-in closet feel, the 37.5-inch width may feel cramped. Users needing multiple shelves inside the main cabinet will find the single hanging rod limiting. This unit is not for those seeking glass doors or premium solid wood construction.
Verdict: The LIKIMIO 70" White Wardrobe offers practical storage and a mirror in a narrow footprint. It is a solid choice for small bedrooms needing organized, vertical space.
Key specs explained
Overall Dimensions: 70" H x 37.5" W x 18.5" D
This footprint fits narrow spaces like small bedrooms or apartments. The 18.5-inch depth holds standard hangers without protruding into the room. The 70-inch height provides ample vertical storage. You can place it against a wall without blocking pathways. Compare this to deeper wardrobes that require more floor space. This size balances capacity with room efficiency.
Mirror: full-length
The built-in full-length mirror lets you check your outfit before leaving. You save time by avoiding trips to the bathroom or hallway. The high-definition glass provides a clear view of your entire look. This feature is essential for quick morning routines. It adds functionality without needing a separate standing mirror. Check that the mirror height matches your needs for full-body viewing.
Shelves: 5 open shelves
Five side shelves offer organized storage for folded items. The lower shelf suits sneakers, while the middle holds bags and hats. Upper shelves are ideal for decorations or less frequent items. This layout keeps accessories visible and accessible. You can categorize clothes to reduce clutter effectively. Compare this to closed cabinets where finding items takes longer. Open shelves maximize vertical space in compact areas.
Material: MDF
Medium-density fiberboard provides a smooth, uniform surface for the white finish. MDF boards are strong and resist deformation under normal loads. This material suits modern and Scandinavian decor styles. Ensure you follow assembly instructions to maintain structural integrity. MDF is generally lighter than solid wood but durable enough for daily use. Verify that the finish matches your existing bedroom furniture.
Design and build quality
The LIKIMIO 70 is constructed from medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and finished in white. This material choice creates a smooth, modern surface that resists minor dents better than particle board. The unit weighs 133 pounds, which provides stability but requires two people for safe movement. According to the listing, the structure includes an anti-tipping device. You must anchor it to the wall to prevent tipping, which is essential for safety in homes with children or pets.
Its layout is defined by two doors and a single drawer. The interior holds one hanging rod and five layered dividers. This configuration separates long garments from folded items. The exterior side features five open shelves. The lower shelf accommodates sneakers, while the upper shelves suit hats or decorative objects. This vertical arrangement maximizes storage in a narrow 18.5-inch depth. The full-length mirror is built into the door. This feature allows you to check your outfit without leaving the bedroom, saving time during morning routines.
The freestanding mounting type means you do not need permanent installation. You can place it against any wall in a bedroom. The white finish blends with Scandinavian or modern decor styles. The clear labeling on hardware parts suggests assembly is straightforward. You can follow the illustrated instructions step by step. This design prioritizes organized storage and visual simplicity over complex mechanical features.
Setup and daily use
Setup begins with unpacking the numbered components and consulting the illustrated manual. LIKIMIO designs the hardware for straightforward assembly, allowing first-time builders to follow step-by-step instructions without confusion. You will need basic tools to connect the MDF panels and secure the two doors. The unit arrives as a freestanding structure, meaning you do not need to mount it to studs for basic stability. However, the included anti-tipping device allows you to anchor the top to a wall for added safety, which is recommended for households with children or pets.
Daily use centers on the 70-inch height and 37.5-inch width. The interior layout features one hanging rod for long garments and five layered dividers for folded items. You can organize shirts, dresses, and accessories by category, reducing clutter. The single drawer provides concealed storage for smaller items like socks or underwear. On the side, five open shelves offer vertical storage. You can place sneakers on the lower shelf, commuter bags and hats in the middle, and decorative items on top.
The full-length mirror is built into one of the double doors. This feature lets you check your outfit directly in the bedroom, saving time during morning routines. The white finish and modern lines blend with Scandinavian or contemporary decor styles. The 18.5-inch depth accommodates standard hangers while keeping the footprint compact for smaller rooms. You benefit from clear categorization and easy access to daily essentials without searching through a crowded closet.
Before you buy LIKIMIO 70
This wardrobe suits small bedrooms or apartments where space is tight. Its 18.5-inch depth keeps the footprint narrow, but you must measure your room carefully. Ensure you have clearance for the two doors to open fully without hitting walls or other furniture. The unit weighs 133 pounds, so you need a sturdy floor that can support the load. MDF panels require gentle cleaning with a dry cloth to avoid moisture damage. Do not use harsh chemicals that might cloud the white finish. The built-in mirror eliminates the need for a separate standing mirror, saving floor space. However, the single hanging rod limits storage for long coats or dresses. If you need more vertical hanging space, this model may not fit your needs. Compare it against wider options if you have ample room. Check the anti-tipping device installation to ensure safety. This unit works best for users who prioritize compact storage and quick access over large capacity.
Check before you buy
- Measure room clearance for two-door swing
- Verify floor can hold 133 pounds
- Check if single rod meets your needs
- Ensure wall exists for anti-tip mounting
