Besiost vs Armocity Closet Systems
Material and Build
Besiost uses a sturdy metal frame with a wood finish, offering a modern, open aesthetic. This construction keeps the unit lightweight while providing reliable support for daily storage. Armocity, by contrast, is crafted from premium solid wood throughout. The brand claims a 1000 lbs weight capacity, designed to hold over 350 garments without sagging or wobbling. While Besiost relies on metal for its structure, Armocity emphasizes heavy-duty wood construction. You should choose Besiost if you prefer a lighter, hybrid look. Choose Armocity if you want maximum load-bearing strength and a traditional wooden feel.
Shelving Options
Storage flexibility differs significantly between the two systems. Armocity includes three height-adjustable solid wood shelves. These provide flat surfaces for folded items and act as a dust barrier for clothes hanging below. Besiost features no fixed shelves, offering an open, flexible design. This allows you to fully customize the layout with your own bins or brackets, but it lacks built-in horizontal surfaces. If you need dedicated spots for folded pants or bags, Armocity’s shelves are practical. If you prefer a completely open layout to add your own accessories, Besiost offers that freedom.
Hanging Capacity
Besiost is equipped with three heavy-duty hanging rods. This triple-rod configuration maximizes vertical space for shirts, pants, and coats, keeping garments wrinkle-free and visible. Armocity also includes hanging rods that are height-adjustable, but the data does not specify the exact number of rods. It focuses on the combination of rods and shelves to double usable space. For pure hanging volume, Besiost’s three rods provide a clear, high-capacity solution. Armocity balances hanging with solid shelf space. You should pick Besiost if hanging is your primary storage need.
Drawer Quality
Both systems include three enclosed drawers for privacy and dust-free storage. Besiost specifies solid wood drawers, noting they are not fabric or partial slide-outs. This adds a premium, furniture-like feel. Armocity also provides three built-in wooden enclosed drawers, highlighting their ability to keep valuables secure and dust-free. The data confirms both use wood for these components. Neither mentions fabric bins or wire baskets. Since both offer three solid wood drawers, the drawer quality is comparable. You will get secure, stylish storage in either choice, with no clear winner on this specific feature.
Adjustability and Size
Both systems share a similar width range, adjusting from 2 feet to 8 feet to fit various closet sizes. Besiost allows you to extend or shorten the frame for a tailored look. Armocity offers a modular design that adjusts from roughly 1.7 feet to 8 feet. Both are wall-mounted to ensure stability. Besiost comes in heights of 80 or 75 inches. Armocity lists a height of 75 inches, with 80 inches available in variations. The width adjustability is nearly identical. You can fit either system into most standard reach-in or walk-in closets. The choice here depends on your preferred height and aesthetic rather than size constraints.
